quicken 2019 download 2year subscription

So, my question is, can anybody shed any light on this? Is there a workaround, or different way to import those transactions without subscribing? Or does 'being able to use Quicken without re-subscribing' actually mean going back to entering all transactions manually? : Not what I was expecting at all-since i'm not trying to connect thru my bank online at all, i'm just trying to import a file.
